2. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Bypassing authentication, integrity controls, rate limits, or usage controls.
• Introducing malware, exploit code, or abusive automated traffic.
• Using the service for unlawful fraud, deception, or policy evasion.
• Interfering with service availability for other customers.

3. Integration and Data Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for lawful data collection and transmission in their own applications and partner ecosystems.
• Integrations must follow documented API usage patterns and operational limits.
• Customers must promptly correct misconfigurations that can create platform risk.

4. Security Expectations

• Keep credentials confidential and rotate compromised credentials quickly.
• Apply least-privilege access controls in customer environments.
• Report suspicious activity or abuse incidents to Soko without delay.

5. Enforcement

Soko may investigate suspected abuse and take action, including throttling, suspension, or termination, to protect users and platform operations.
