You may use Soko services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable agreements, technical documentation, and usage policies.

2. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining account credential security.
• You must promptly notify Soko of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
• Soko may suspend access to protect platform integrity or users.

3. Partner and Integration Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful implementation and operation of their integrations, inventory configuration, and campaign controls in their own systems.

4. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to misuse the services, including:

• Attempting to bypass security or rate controls.
• Using services to transmit malicious code or abusive traffic.
• Infringing intellectual property or violating applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

Soko retains all rights in its software, trademarks, documentation, and platform materials, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Service Availability

We work to keep services reliable and secure, but availability may be affected by maintenance, partner dependencies, internet conditions, or force majeure events.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided under the contractual framework between Soko and the customer. To the extent permitted by law, Soko disclaims implied warranties and limits liability as defined in the governing agreement.

8. Changes to Terms

Soko may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
